Positive affirmations are the best way in motivating employees and co workers to accomplish a job well done. The approach would challenge everyone’s negative beliefs, frustration and desperation towards work to bring it into positive opportunities. We can turn a negative situation into positive by not only looking at the front of the mirror but look beyond what’s inside in the mirror where reflection came from. How to practice affirmations despite of a non appreciative situation? We have no choice, if we want to have a 100% work done; we need to give our positive appreciation to our team as well to our own. We can start using a constructive criticism, just like telling them that they do a good job, but still there is room for improvement to achieve more. We can increase our target through strengthening our team relationship, collaboration. Work more as a team!
We need to make positive statements that describe a desired situation, sometimes it should be done repeatedly in order to impress the subconscious of mind that triggers it into positive action. To make sure it’s effectiveness, positive affirmations should be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.
For example; you do a regular jogging activity with your friends. You notice that they jog three times in an 800 meter oval than you do. But with much determination, you will try your best to jug three times in the oval just to have the same level with your friends. What you’re actually doing is a positive affirmation to yourself repeatedly to achieve your goal and be like them.
The critical aspect is on your motivation in doing it. You need to ensure that your goal have good intention. It is very critical in positive affirmation. Check your motives in doing it and the target result should have in a positive work done for the benefits of everybody.
